"Though delivery was delayed , I was advised promptly personally by phone and whether the new date was acceptable and wanted to cancel my order. Koilogic gave me the new dates and sure enough my pump arrived as expected. The pump itself was the usual Oase quality and the old worn pump replaced and working in in an hour. "
