Aquaforte Bypass Kit For Old Model UB Series Ultrabead Filters
Installing this bypass kit on to an old model Ultrabead Bead Filter allows for a more economical pump to be used.
Due to a very compact bypass-system, the multiport valve is completely unused during the normal running of the bead filter as the filtered water flows directly in and out of the bead filter in a direct line.
Benefits:
This action results in at least 40% less pressure loss (depending on the type of pump).The bypass system is very easy to install on all old model UltraBead Filter, using the unions supplied.
Note:
This item is the low pressure by-pass kit and does not include the filter shown in the picture.
